(Newport, RI)--The Naval War College in Newport is getting its first woman president in history.The Navy announced on Friday that Rear Admiral Shoshana Chatfield will take the position.Chatfield is stepping in after the previous president was removed after an investigation into complaints over his behavior.Some of the complaints were over budgeting, abusing his hiring authority, and keeping a margarita maker in his office.
