(Providence, RI)--A Lincoln man is facing wage theft charges after a joint investigation from the state attorney general, state police and labor department.David Pelino allegedly failed to pay over seven-thousand dollars in wages to four former employees of his Warwick construction business, Bright Sky Solar.Attorney General Peter Neronha says he is committed to changing wage theft practices that have been allowed to exist in the state for too long.
