Flights Redirected To T.F. Green After Bomber Crash In CT

(Warwick, RI)--Some flights that were scheduled for Bradley Airport in Connecticut were redirected to T.F. Green Airport on Wednesday after a fatal plane crash.Seven people are reported dead and seven others injured after the World War Two aircraft crashed at Bradley yesterday morning, causing the airport to be closed for several hours.Mark Drapeau, a Rhode Island man, told WJAR-TV he had flown in the B-17 bomber at an event in Worcester, Massachusetts last month.The B-17 also visited Quonset State Airport in North Kingstown last month.
