(Portsmouth, RI)--A tornado on the low end of the intensity scale hit Portsmouth on Wednesday, causing a small amount of damage, according to the National Weather Service.A report from the weather service indicates the EF-0 tornado lasted a quarter-mile and reached a maximum wind speed of 65 miles per hour.There were several videos reportedly taken that showed a funnel touching down.
