NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Drops "N Word" During Live Radio Interview

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo could be facing some heat after he dropped the "N word" in a live call in to an Albany radio station. The governor was referencing a "New York Times" story and discussing the controversy surrounding Columbus Day when he made the remark.

But it wasn't an accident - he even paused to say "pardon my french." Cuomo said that the push to remove Columbus from history, and use only the term "Indigenous Peoples' Day," demeans and downplays the struggles faced by Italian American immigrants.

Cuomo noted the Times' article mentioned some Italian Americans being referred to as "N-word WOPS", using the actual word during the interview.
