Researchers Suggest Adding Exercise Info To Food Labels

Food labels already show calories, but what if they also had the exercise needed to burn off those calories?

Researchers say it could help reduce obesity. For example, it would take 23 minutes of running or 46 minutes of walking to burn off a small bar of chocolate with 230.

The labels are called PACE which stands for Physical Activity Calorie Equivalent. The lead researcher says the PACE labels would also be good on restaurant menus.
