Improved Hospital Condition For Westerly Shooting Victim

(New Haven, CT)--The condition of one of the victims of a shooting in Westerly on December 19th is improving.Officials say Robin Moss' status at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut has been upgraded to fair.Moss, who is from Cranston, was one of three people shot when Joseph Giachello opened fire at the Babcock Village apartment complex where he lived before he turned the gun on himself, according to police.Moss worked at Babcock, along with Julie Cardinal, who was killed in the shooting.Donna Thornley, a resident at Babcock, was also shot and the last update on her was that she was in stable condition at Rhode Island Hospital.
