Passenger Plane Crashes In Iran Killing All On Board

Iranian state television reports there are no survivors after a passenger plane crashed near Tehran with 176 passengers and crew.

Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752, a Boeing 737 bound for Kiev went down Wednesday morning shortly after take off. Emergency responders rushed to the area but reported the fire was so heavy that any rescue was impossible. The plane reportedly crashed after experiencing an engine malfunction. Terrorism was ruled out.

Rescue crews could not assist any victims because the area was engulfed in fire.

The plane was a Boeing 737-800, a different model from the 737 MAX that's been grounded around the world after two deadly crashes. Boeing says it's trying to gather more information on this latest deadly incident.
