State Supreme Court Orders New Trial For Convicted Child Molester

(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Supreme Court is ordering a new trial for a Warwick man who was convicted of molesting a child. The court made the ruling last week concerning Henry Bozzo, whose trial was in Kent County Superior Court in 2016, because it said the prosecutor in Bozzo's case made a prejudicial remark in closing arguments. The court said the defendant argued there was no evidence on the record to support the prosecutor's claim that he glared at the girl in court.
