Rhode Islanders Told Not To Panic Over Coronavirus Cases

(Providence, RI)--Governor Gina Raimondo and Health Department director Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott said at a Sunday press conference that there's no need for panic over the first presumptive cases of coronavirus in the state.They said the risk for Rhode Islanders of getting coronavirus is low and that people should take common-sense precautions such as a flu shot, washing hands and staying home if they feel sick.The positive coronavirus cases must still be confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control.
