(Providence, RI)--More arrests to report from the rioting in Providence at the beginning of this month.WPRI-TV reports two members of a Warwick group that posts rap music videos online, Joshua Martinson and William Pallazo, were arrested by Providence police for inciting looting at the Providence Place mall.Pallazo has pleaded no-contest to a disorderly conduct charge and was sentenced to a one-year court filing, while Martinson pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and vandalism and is due in court next month.And Rhode Island State Police arrested three people for allegedly damaging a dozen state vehicles in the DCYF parking lot.
