(Providence, RI)--Phase 3 of Rhode Island's re-opening starts today, but the increased number of group sizes is revised from what was previously indicated because of increased coronavirus activity elsewhere in the country. For example, outdoor public events will be capped at 250 people, when previously there was not to be any cap; Governor Raimondo said yesterday she doesn't want to see Fourth of July events with more than 250 people. The guidelines for restaurants and retail businesses in the new phase are the same as what the governor previously announced. The full details about the increased limits are on ReopeningRI.com.
