(Providence, RI)--A Providence man is in custody after a drug bust led to the discovery of five-thousand-dollars' worth of illegal fireworks. Thirty-eight-year-old Pedro Alvarez has been charged on several counts, including possession with intent to deliver Oxycodone and felony possession of fireworks. This comes after police executed a search warrant at an apartment on Hartford Avenue on Tuesday. Officers found nearly 700 Oxycodone pills, marijuana, fireworks, and over 21-thousand-dollars in cash.
