Russia is sanctioning nearly four-hundred members of Congress, including Rhode Island Congressman Jim Langevin.
Those on the sanctioned list are banned from entering Russia. It's thought to be retaliation for a travel ban the U.S. has imposed against members of the Russian parliament. In a sarcastic tweet, Langevin said he's quote "devastated that he won't be able to vacation in Moscow."
More seriously, the Congessman tweeted: “If Vladimir Putin thinks his pathetic sanctions can stop me from fighting for the people of Ukraine, he’s dead wrong.”
