Survey Shows Rhode Island Not Best Place To Live- Not Worst Either

Massachusetts turns out to be the best state in the country to live in.

That's according to a new report by the financial website Wallet Hub, which ranked the Commonwealth above the rest.

The survey points to education, workforce, health issues and quality of life. It loses points when dealing with affordability.

It beat out New Jersey which was second.

Connecticut came out slightly better than Rhode Island.

The Nutmeg State was ranked in the middle of the pack at number 25.

Rhode Island was number 28.

Both states lost ground when talking about how affordable it was and the economy.

While Massachusetts was number one, Mississippi was the worst at number 50.
