Charges have been dropped against an NBA trainer from Rhode Island.
Robert McClanaghan of Warwick was accused by prosecutors in Suffolk County, Massachusetts of drugging and raping a woman in Boston.
The Suffolk County District Attorney says that above all else their chief responsibility was to follow the evidence, and that evidence did not conclude with a viable conclusion to the case.
D-A Kevin Hayden declined further comment.
McClanaghan has worked with some of the biggest names in the NBA, including Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.
