The Pawtucket man accused of approaching women on a Cumberland bike path while naked, appeared in court on Tuesday.
A no-contest plea was entered for 66-year-old Thomas Belanger who was charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and possession of child pornography following his arrest last week.
Belanger was released on 10-thousand-dollar personal recognizance and given counseling for pre-trial services.
He also has a no trespass order for the Cumberland side of the Blackstone River bike path.
