Rhode Island's chief federal judge is under fire from the White House after blocking the Trump administration's federal funding freeze.
U.S. District Chief Judge John McConnell Junior was nominated by President Obama in 2010.
He issued a temporary restraining order January 31st blocking the funding freeze and then this week issued an enforcement order after saying the White House has failed to comply.
On his social platform X, Elon Musk said, "Impeach this activist posing as a judge."
