The East Greenwich Education Association has voted no confidence in Superintendent Brian Ricca and Assistant Superintendent Sarah Courtemanche-O'Brien.
According to the union, the vote comes after deep frustration over the administration's lack of leadership and support which have contributed to burnout and low morale.
Superintendent Ricca responded by saying educators are the backbone of the district and that he's working to ensure that teachers feel supported, valued, and heard.
