Protesters in Providence are calling on the federal government to rehire the employees fired from the National Park Service.
On Saturday, demonstrators gathered at the Roger Williams National Memorial to speak out against the Trump administration's cuts.
The Providence protest was one of many similar events held nationwide over the weekend.
