Christopher Dagesse, President of DCD Automotive Holding

Christopher Dagesse is President of DCD Automotive Holding, which includes auto dealerships in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Delaware under the brand names of Nucar and Boch Automotive.

Chris began his career in the automotive industry working as a lot attendant for his father’s dealership in New Hampshire. The dealership was like a second home for him, where he would watch his father and where he gained a fundamental understanding of and appreciation for the nuts and bolts of owning and operating a successful car dealership.

After some time, when Chris gained enough experience, he grew into a variety of different dealership positions across all departments including car sales, management, service, parts, collision, and he eventually learned and worked his way up to become the part-owner and General Manager at Lewes Auto Mall Chevrolet Buick GMC, and then at Nucar Chevrolet Mazda. Ten years later, the company acquired the Boch-branded stores, and Chris transitioned to owner and President for the DCD Automotive Holding.

While committed to growth at the dealership level, Chris gained additional business training and expertise studying Business Management at UNH of Manchester and at Colby-Sawyer College. He also attended a specialized Automotive Academy, the NADA Academy, to further his knowledge of the industry.

Chris is extremely passionate about technology and is always looking into building on that to better help his team adapt and strengthen the DCD Automotive family as a whole.

When he’s not busy analyzing automotive data, Chris enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, two sons, and daughter. They spend the majority of their time enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, boating, and swimming in the summers, or skiing and sledding in the New England winters.
