A former adviser to President Trump is trying to entice wrestling superstar  Hulk Hogan and his 24 inch pythons to run for U-S Senate in Florida.  Roger Stone says he's focused on persuading Hogan, whose real name is Terry Boella, to run for Senator Bill Nelson's seat. Stone saying "at a minimum, I hope to convince Hogan to bodyslam Governor Rick Scott in every debate" he said "If the governor is under the impression that his personal responsibility for a billion dollars in Medicad fraud is no longer an issue, he's wrong." Hogan would presumably challenge Scott in the GOP primary but it's unknown if Hogan is seriously entertaining a run. Hogan lives in Clearwater but has never run for public office. Back in 1998, Hogan made noise about running for the presidency but it was just part of a wrestling storyline. Back in 2015, Hogan was caught on a sex tape (having sex with his former best friend, DJ Bubba the Love Sponge's wife) uttering a racial  slur towards  his daughter's black boyfriend. 25 years ago when Hogan was at his peak popularity as part of Vince McMahon's WWE "Attitude Era" this might NOT have been such a far fetched idea....then again....now, you never know, BROTHER!
