Governor Raimondo's racked up a massive campaign war chest and she's not bashful about using it. EYEWITNESS NEWS says FCC filings show the Governor booked over a million dollars in TV ad time between June 4th and August 12th. Her campaign commercials will run a total of 23-hundred time in that time span. She's spending almost 60-grand this week and ramping up to 100-large next week and that figure doesn't even include cable buys. RI candidates normally DO run ads in the summertime but they usually start in June then go off air for several weeks according to pollster Joe Fleming, but Raimondo's blitz has done nothing but ramp up. Why not? She's got the dough and she's got a primary challenge with Matt Brown. Raimondo had more than 4-million in her coffers as of March 31st which will allow her to continue a tsunami of TV and radio ads into the general election should she beat Brown, so you better get ready to see the Governor early and often.
