(West Greenwich, RI) -- State Police say a Lawrence man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop turns into a drug bust. Troopers made the stop around 11 a.m. Saturday on Route 3 in West Greenwich and found 44-year old Francisco Fernandez did not have a driver's license. As troopers checked the car before it was towed they found a backpack with $60,000 worth of cocaine. Fernandez faces arraignment today in District Court.
