(Providence, RI) -- "Star Trek" actor William Shatner delivered the commencement address on Sunday to nearly 12-hundred New England Institute of Technology graduates. Shatner received an honorary doctor of humane letters as part of the festivities at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. He talked about the changing world the graduates are a part of and the need to end things like global warming.
