(Pawtucket, RI) -- A Pawtucket man is being charged with intent to commit murder in a hit-and-run case. The Pawtucket Police Department says James Rohelia was apprehended after a brief standoff with detectives on Tuesday afternoon. A victim who had been hit with a pickup truck on Monday night was listed in stable condition at Rhode Island Hospital by police yesterday. Authorities say the Central Falls man had been involved in an argument with Rohelia in a Walgreen's parking lot and then Rohelia got into his truck and drove at him, hit him, and left the scene.
