(Providence, RI) -- Providence businessman Joe Paolino is buying the Saint Joseph Hospital Building from CharterCARE. GoLocalProv.com reports that a formal announcement is scheduled for tomorrow morning with Governor Raimondo and Mayor Elorza. Sources told with online news site that Paolino plans to use the building as housing for the homeless with an emphasis on military veterans. A former mayor of Providence, Paolino served as ambassador to Malta.
