(Providence, RI) -- Providence police say one person is facing charges in connection with a prostitution investigation at a day spa. Officers raided Smiler's Day Spa on North Main Street around 8 o'clock last night after they started an investigation a week ago. Investigators say they're now looking at who owns the business. They expect to be back at the business today.
