Former YMCA Employees File Complaint

(Providence, RI)  --  Two former employees of the Greater Providence YMCA are filing a complaint against the organization and its CEO Steven O'Donnell.  The complaint filed with the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights shows that former Chief Financial Officer Linda Dykeman and former Chief Development and Marketing Officer Karen Cooper are claiming O'Donnell harassed, intimidated and bullied them.  Their lawyer says his clients are seeking "economic and punitive damages."  O'Donnell is the organization's third CEO in the past year.
