(Smithfield, RI) -- Parents and coaches are not happy about a plan to charge fees to use Smithfield's sports fields. Dozens showed up at last night's town council meeting to express their displeasure. Council members say they don't like the plan either and tabled it. But the panel did say they would set up a session to talk about the plan at a later date.
