DID TRUMP HIT THE RE-SET BUTTON?

President Donald Trump's address to a joint session of Congress Tuesday night is, for the most part, being getting positive reviews. A much more restrained Trump urging "dreaming big" and "unity." The president stuck to his prepared remarks resisting  going off script as he so often did during the campaign and it certainly paid off. He laid off the attacks which basically de-clawed his critics. There were no attacks on the media...no claims of fake news or attendance number at his inauguration. The president had an excellent strategy and stuck to it beginning  by condemning recent waves of bomb threats on Jewish communities. While he DID talk up the things he's accomplished since taking office he didn't do so in usual boastful, pompous way. He managed to stay true to his agenda drawing just a smattering of boos when he announced the creation of an office for victims of crime carried out by illegal immigrants...apparently the word "illegal" was missed. Trump's comments on immigration reform was music to Wall Streets ears when they imagined 20-million more people paying taxes and infusing Social Security. Even a CNN poll...CNN...said 57% of those who watched it had a very positive reaction to his speech. Did Trump hit the re-set button....he did, at least for now.
