(Warwick, RI) -- The case against a judge accused of misconduct behind the bench and sexual harassment is now under advisement. Closing arguments were heard yesterday in the public hearing of Rafael Ovalles. Ovalles stands accused of making sexual remarks to women demeaning attorneys and having his pants off in his chambers. Ovalles defense lawyers argue that the claims were baseless and made up by those who don't like him.
