Motorists heading out this morning will encounter another dose of winter as snow will fall throughout most of the morning. Most of the inland areas of Rhode Island will see two to five inches of snow before it ends late in the afternoon. Coastal areas will see more than six inches. It will remain cold through the weekend, with wind chills around zero and the chance for more snow Tuesday into Wednesday.
