(West Warwick, RI) -- A man is facing multiple charges in connection with a hit and run accident. West Warwick Police say 48-year-old Thomas Howard turned himself into authorities after hitting another vehicle and leaving the scene on March 22nd. Authorities say the accident happened at Main Street and Legris Avenue. Investigators say Howard's pickup truck had two different license plates and neither is for the truck.
