(Providence, RI) -- A Pennsylvania financial technology firm is expanding to Providence thanks to more than three-million dollars in incentives. The firm eMoney Advisor has started recruiting for the 450 jobs it is creating with an average annual salary of $80,000. The firm won't get tax credits until employees have paid their income taxes for the first year. The Fidelity Investments subsidiary is expected to generate more than four million dollars above the amount of Qualified Jobs credits.
