(Warwick, RI) -- A man is facing vandalism charges for spray painting a swastika and other graphic "art" on Warwick school property. Authorities say two suspects including Manual M. McKay were seen on surveillance video outside Warwick Veterans School on April 10th. Authorities say in the video McKay appeared to be concealing what appeared to be a black can of spray paint. He was arrested yesterday.
