(Seekonk, MA) -- A Seekonk, Massachusetts salon and spa is leaving customers hanging after it suddenly closes. A sign on the door at Tranquil Waters on Fall River Avenue tells customers the business closed "Due to unforeseen circumstances." WLNE-TV reports that the owner was booking appointments last week after learning that the banks were going to close the business. The Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs is handling complaints.
