(Providence, RI) -- A proposal to crack down on ATV's and dirt bikes in Providence is moving forward. The City Council last night passed an ordinance that allows police to seize recreation vehicles driven illegally. The ordinance is in response to a recent spike in illegal activity including an Easter weekend incident where dozens of riders swarmed through a playground on Aleppo Street.
