(Cranston, RI) -- One person is dead after a head on crash in Cranston. Police say the accident happened around 3 a.m. yesterday on Union Avenue. The driver of one of the vehicles, 36-year-old Hector Alicea of Providence died at Rhode Island Hospital. Two other people were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
