(Clearwater, FL) -- A Rhode Island man is dead after the plane he was piloting crashed. Authorities in Clearwater, Florida, say 44-year-old James Fink of Exeter was flying to town on business when the plane crashed at Clearwater Airpark around 7:30 p.m. Friday. Fink, who was the only person on board the aircraft, died at the scene. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash.
