(Providence, RI) -- Motorists who drive in Providence are not happy with the city's parking policy. Once the meter expires after two hours you have to move your vehicle to another block. Some drivers have interpreted the signs to mean just another spot. Motorists say there are only so many available spots, especially for those who work in those areas. Those who violate the ordinance could be fined 25-dollars for parking overtime.
