CVS Removing Sunscreens SPF 15 Or Less

(Woonsocket, RI)  --  Woonsocket-based CVS is taking sunscreens of SPF 15 or less off its shelves.  The drugstore chain is partnering with the American Cancer Society and Johnson and Johnson to raise awareness about skin health.  State health officials recommend using a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher.  CVS says it's offering more than 30 sun care products that meet FDA standards.
