(Providence, RI) -- A Providence man is facing multiple charges in the murder and dismemberment of a man last year. The grand jury indictment against David DeLeon for the death of 21-year old Dakota Gosselin was handed up yesterday. Court documents show officers went to a home on Gordon Avenue on November 20, 2016 for a report of gunshots and found a lot of blood but no victim. Later that day Lincoln firefighters discovered human remains at a brush fire. DeLeon is to be arraigned May 31st.
