(Warwick, RI) -- The landlord of the building where the Ocean State Theatre Company was in Warwick is attempting to honor contracts for performances. Mutual Properties says the theatre company had contracts with different dance, arts and theatre groups to use the space and they're working to honor those contracts. Ocean State Theatre announced its closing May 23rd for financial reasons.
