(Providence, RI) -- The state Department of Business Regulation is allowing a Providence nightclub to temporarily reopen. Club Luv was shut down after three people were shot in front of the building earlier this month. In the ruling made Tuesday DBR overturned the Providence Board of Licenses revocation of the nightclub's license while upholding the revocation of its extended license. That means the club will now have to close at 1 a.m. and pay for a police detail Fridays and Saturdays.
