(Providence, RI) -- A Providence Police Department employee is facing charges. The department's record clerk Rosemary Garcia was arrested on Wednesday after she allegedly tried to deliver police records to a business. She has been charged with one count of accessing a computer for fraudulent purposes and one count of wrongful conversion by an officer or state or municipal employee. She is scheduled to appear in Providence District Court on August 28th.
