(Exeter, RI) -- A $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for hitting and killing an Exeter woman. Friends of Animals in Need says it has received an anonymous donation to be given as a reward in the death of 27-year old Sarah Balmforth. Balmforth was struck and killed on South Road sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning.
