(North Smithfield, RI) -- Police say two people are facing charges after they were doing drugs in a car in North Smithfield Sunday. Authorities say when they approached the vehicle in the Walmart parking lot of Route 146A 31-year old Elizabeth Bell placed a handful of needles on the dashboard. Police found crack cocaine in the vehicle and seized a handgun found behind 53-year old Thomas Davis' driver's seat. The pair has an October 10th court date.
