(Warwick, RI) -- At Home, the newcomer to Bald Hill Commons in Warwick, is being banned from selling goods that are sold at the Home Depot store in the same complex. A superior court judge issued a temporary restraining order this week barring At Home sales based on a restrictive covenant that governs the shopping complex. At Home has been ordered to remove specified items such as rugs, shelving, pots, outdoor furniture and more by July 22nd.
