(Providence, RI) -- A half-dozen Rhode Island healthcare workers are facing charges as part of a nationwide opioid bust. More than 400 healthcare workers were involved in the roundup on Wednesday. Those charged are accused of defrauding taxpayers of more than one-billion dollars in prescribing and distributing opioids.
